Studio W Architects, in partnership with Hilbers Construction, was selected by the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians as the design-build team for the Red Bluff Clinic Remodel. This $7 million adaptive re-use project will fully transform a former Bank of America building into a modern, community-focused medical facility.

Spanning 19,000 square feet across two levels, the remodel will introduce new clinical spaces, offices and site improvements, including landscaping and upgraded parking areas. This project offers a unique opportunity to reimagine an existing structure into a healthcare environment that not only supports modern medical services, but also reflects the Tribe’s cultural values and identity.

Our design approach emphasizes a harmonious balance between cultural authenticity and high-performing medical functionality—creating a space that the Paskenta community can take pride in for generations to come.
