Studio W is excited to share a look at the Red Bluff Clinic Remodel for the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, an adaptive re-use project that will transform a former Bank of America building into a modern healthcare facility designed to serve the needs of the Tribal community.

This project represents a unique opportunity to breathe new life into an existing structure while creating a facility that is welcoming, efficient and culturally meaningful. Through thoughtful planning and design, the remodel will convert the former financial institution into a comprehensive medical clinic that supports the delivery of modern healthcare services while honoring the Tribe’s identity and values.

Studio W’s design approach focuses on balancing cultural authenticity with the functional requirements of a contemporary healthcare facility. New clinical spaces and administrative offices will be integrated throughout the building to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency and create a comfortable experience for all who utilize the facility.

In addition to the interior transformation, the project includes significant site improvements, such as upgraded parking areas and enhanced landscaping. These improvements will improve accessibility, strengthen the site’s visual appeal and contribute to a more welcoming environment.

Studio W is honored to partner with the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians and Hilbers Construction on this meaningful project and we look forward to seeing the transformed facility serve the Tribal community.
