Studio W Architects, in partnership with Hilbers Construction, has been selected by the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians as the design-build team for the Red Bluff Clinic Remodel. This $7 million adaptive re-use project will fully transform a former Bank of America building into a modern, community-focused medical facility.
Spanning 15,000 square feet across two levels, the remodel will introduce new clinical spaces, offices and site improvements, including landscaping and upgraded parking areas. This project offers a unique opportunity to reimagine an existing structure into a healthcare environment that not only supports modern medical operations, but also reflects the Tribe’s cultural values and identity.
As the project is still in early development, we look forward to sharing a more in-depth look into the project in the coming months. Our design approach emphasizes a harmonious balance between cultural authenticity and high-performing medical functionality—creating a space that the Paskenta community can take pride in for generations to come.
