Plumas Avenue Elementary School expanded to include a new ELOP (expanded learning opportunities program) afterschool/community facility. This project includes six new modular classrooms for afterschool and independent study, a multi-purpose space with a warming kitchen that can open to the exterior courtyard, as well as outdoor basketball and pickleball courts. An administration building was built to accommodate the faculty, its programs and board meetings. New sidewalks connect the existing Plumas Avenue Elementary School to this new facility, in addition to a new parking lot and bus stop.
