Sacramento, CA—We are thrilled to announce the promotions of two exceptional team members in our Sacramento Studio. Melissa Szpik has been promoted to Senior Project Architect/Project Manager and Ramon Robles has been promoted to Job Captain. Their dedication and leadership have been instrumental in the success of numerous projects, and we’re excited to see them continue to thrive in their new roles!
Melissa Szpik brings over 30 years of experience and expertise in all aspects of project delivery. In her new role, Melissa will take on dual responsibilities as both Senior Project Architect and Project Manager, where she will lead project efforts, serve as the primary client liaison and provide oversight for other project architects.
Ramon Robles is an integral member of our design team, supporting the creation of high-quality project drawings and documents. He has been a reliable resource for many of our project managers, contributing to projects such as the Folsom Cordova Unified School District Facility Improvement Plans, Natomas Charter School Blackrock Campus and the Elkhorn Village Elementary School Modernization. As Job Captain, Ramon will be responsible for managing project assignments, selecting materials and systems, coordinating with sub-consultants and overseeing drawing development during the construction administration process.
