Studio W Architects transformed and rejuvenated a 1,790 square foot existing commercial office space at 424 32nd Street in Newport Beach’s Cannery Village. The renovated design studio boasts a contemporary workplace environment, complete with a lobby/reception area, open office space, private offices, conference areas, a staff lounge, products library and a dedicated parking lot. Exterior work included branded signage with an LED logo variation.

The Cannery Village area in Newport Beach hosts a variety of business and shopping amenities with a quality K-12 school system. This affluent coastal city is quaint, with restaurants and companies converting old warehouses, factories and docks into stunning modern spaces.
