Studio W Architects worked with the Sharif Family (of Sharif Jewelers) on a ground-up retail/commercial development in Roseville, California. The 7,020 SF building houses corporate offices for Fidelity Investments as part of a multi-year lease and contains 19 office spaces, a collaboration room, lobby and support spaces. This space embraces natural lighting with floor-to-ceiling windows that feature glazing to provide privacy and security. The parking area includes 42 parking spaces and 4 electric vehicle charging stations.
