The 7,020 SF office building will house corporate offices as part of a multi-year lease and will contain 19 office spaces, a collaboration room, lobby and support spaces. The parking area will include 42 parking spaces and 4 electric vehicle charging stations. This space will embrace natural lighting with floor-to-ceiling windows that feature glazing to provide privacy and security.
