The Harvard Square office building is located in the Arden District of Sacramento – an area that is going through a period of resurgence. This tenant improvement project by Studio W Architects and Gavden Development aligns with that trend and contributes to the redevelopment of the area.

The project included a spec suite (property manager’s office), an office “amenities” cafe space and outdoor seating area to help the investor’s attract prospective tenants to the building. The signature feature of the renovation is the roll-up glass door that connects the café to the outdoor seating area.
