To support its growing operations and enhance workplace functionality, CORE Construction’s Northern California regional office underwent a tenant improvement designed to revitalize its layout and better accommodate its team’s needs.
The renovation focused on optimizing space efficiency while fostering collaboration and productivity. Key upgrades included the addition of eight private offices, three general office spaces, multiple collaboration areas and two conference rooms, ensuring a dynamic work environment. Further enhancements included a dedicated copy station, an updated break area and a welcoming waiting area, all designed to improve workflow and employee experience.
