The Natomas Charter School needed to relocate their business services department from the Natomas Charter School Blackrock Campus. The PACT (Pursuing Academic Choices Together) building had vacant space on the second floor that could accommodate this relocation. The project scope consisted of tenant improvements of 7,500 square feet, which added ten offices, including wellness, teaching/learning, student services, superintendent and finance offices, an open office area and a reception area. Additionally, conference rooms, a copy center, break room and multiple storage rooms have been included in order for the department to handle all business services in-house.
