This two-phase project for Red Hook Capital Partners includes expansions of the K-12 campus at the TEACH Las Vegas Public Charter School. Phase 1 will expand the elementary and middle schools with new portable classroom and restroom buildings, plus new courtyards and outdoor spaces to provide students and faculty with outdoor learning opportunities. Phase 2 will consist of a new 16,000 square foot, two-story building for the high school with an associated sports field and recreation area.
