Studio W Architects has provided master planning and architectural design services to multiple campuses throughout Buena Park School District, including at Pendleton Elementary School. The Pendleton Elementary School Multipurpose Building comprises of a 2,900 square foot administration building that houses a reception area, conference room and staff lounge, plus faculty and nurses’ offices, in addition to a 3,768 square foot multipurpose building that garners a kitchen and space for students to congregate with in-wall cafeteria tables that can be stored when not in use. Around the new facilities, the fencing has been replaced with decorative metal fencing to ensure safety and security.
