Phase II of the Johnson Pool Remodel project rejuvenated and reopened a historic City facility for the Roseville community. Originally built in 1921 and renovated in the 1960s, this family-friendly pool was in need of safety and function upgrades.

Studio W worked with the City and Aquatic Design Group to completely redesign the pool deck, pool, mechanical/chemical building and storage building, while focusing on upgrading the existing building to bring it up to code compliance. The existing administration and locker room buildings were also modernized with accessibility upgrades and functionality improvements. A shade structure and seating area were added, as well as a reconfiguration of the lower landscaped area to accommodate pool deck access for pool functions and events.
