Roseville, CA—Studio W was selected to provide on-call architecture services for aquatics facilities over the next few years for the City of Roseville. There are many projects on the docket from this on-call list, and we are honored to cultivate our new relationship with the City with the commencement of the Johnson Pool Renovation.
The Johnson Pool Renovation is comprised of a two-phase approach entailing a complete facelift and expansion. The scope includes replacement of the pool, pool deck and pool equipment; a new pool mechanical building; site improvements for ADA and path of travel upgrades; and remodel of the family restroom within the pool house. The pool house family restroom remodel not only renovates the existing facility but includes an expansion with space for an office/lifeguard room, break room, first aid area, storage and pool deck exit.
The Studio W Team—including key subconsultants Aquatic Design Group and City of Roseville’s former city manager, Mike Shellito from Shellito Training & Consulting—is passionate about aquatics facility design and operations, specifically in the Northern California Region. We look forward to helping the City maintain their state-of-the-art aquatics facilities for many years to come!
