Studio W Architects transformed and rejuvenated an existing commercial property at 1930 H Street in midtown Sacramento to be the new home of the firm’s Sacramento Studio.
The single-story, 8,000 square foot building is located adjacent to the new AIA California office, providing a strong design synergy for our two practices. The renovated space boasts a contemporary workplace environment with a lobby/reception area off the H Street entrance, an open workstation area, private offices, conference/meeting rooms, a staff kitchen/lounge and a workroom with a library and showroom for materials and products. Exterior improvements include façade, lighting, landscaping and parking upgrades.
The midtown district of Sacramento has experienced a resurgence over the past decade. The bustling urban core features a mix of trendy eateries, nightlife, arts and culture, retail, workspace and residential. Studio W Architects is excited to be a part of the energy of the area!
