Studio W Architects is collaborating with San Mateo County Community College District to renovate Building 30 (which houses the football team room), as well as develop a new baseball team room and beach volleyball facility. The renovation of Building 30 will add 135 new lockers to the facility.
Located adjacent to the baseball field, the new baseball team room will consist of 45 lockers, a conference room and office area designed for recruiting and workspace needs.
The new beach volleyball facility will embody four full sand courts complete with referee stands, bleachers and a scoreboard. Accessible parking will be relocated near the main entrance of the facility, along with new walking paths which will allow entry on both ends of the facility. Perimeter fencing is also being added to encapsulate the project.
