The Burchfield Primary School project is thoughtfully planned in three phases to replace aging portable classrooms with modern modular learning environments. Phase I includes the construction of a new 11,200 SF modular wing featuring eight TK/K classrooms, along with a new playground structure, updated surfacing, and associated site improvements. Phase II will involve the demolition of existing portable classrooms and their replacement with a new seven classroom modular wing, including a dedicated restroom facility. In the third and final phase, the remaining portables near the TK/K area will be removed and replaced with landscaped grass areas, creating a more cohesive and open campus environment.
