Gilbert Elementary School underwent an exciting expansion to enhance its early learning facilities. This project in Buena Park School District includes the addition of nine PK/TK classrooms and a dedicated early learning building, complemented with site improvements to support a dynamic learning environment.

As part of this campus transformation, the parking lot was revitalized to accommodate a new student drop-off area, an upgraded administration building and a welcoming entrance featuring a gated entry and breezeway. Ensuring student safety and security remains a top priority, ornamental fencing encloses the early learning area. Within this secure space, young learners benefit from two new playground structures, outdoor learning spaces and shaded areas designed to foster exploration and engagement.
