The modernization of Lipman Middle School entails a new, re-designed secure administration building and entry, along with upgrades to parking and drop-off areas. Campus security and safety improvements were implemented, such as new windows, security cameras and secure interior and exterior doors. A new shade structure was added on the playground to support outdoor functions.

Interior renovations consisted of eight classrooms and two restroom areas in Buildings B and C. Administration upgrades included the health room, school library and improving utility systems, such as electrical, lighting and plumbing upgrades. Roofing systems were replaced on Buildings A, B and C, as well as the addition of heating and cooling units to replace existing heating only units. Accessibility upgrades occurred throughout the campus, including paving slope adjustments and ramp additions.
