Studio W Architects and TSK Architects are partnering with the Town of Paradise on the development of their Facilities Master Plan, as well as the design of a new corporation yard and the possibility of a new fire station.
Working with the Town of Paradise represents a meaningful opportunity to support the community as it continues to rebuild and strengthen its civic infrastructure following the devastation of the 2018 Camp Fire. Through this collaboration, our team is focused on restoring the civic fabric of Paradise while enhancing access to essential public services.
The Facilities Master Plan will guide the Town’s long-term vision for its municipal facilities. The Studio W + TSK Team will employ a holistic planning process that includes stakeholder outreach, opportunities for iterative feedback, thorough assessments of existing facility conditions, site analysis for potential future projects, and the development of cost estimates and project prioritization to ensure the plan reflects the Town’s goals and community needs.
