We’re excited to announce that Studio W has been selected by Southern California Regional Occupational Center (SoCal ROC) to provide conceptual design services for several spaces within Buildings B and C.
SoCal ROC is a regional Career Technical Education (CTE) institution serving high school and adult learners across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles region. The campus is designed to provide career-focused instruction that complements traditional school programs and prepares students with hands-on skills for future careers.
In October 2025, water infiltration impacted portions of Buildings B and C, resulting in the need to restore and reimagine these spaces. Studio W’s conceptual design will consider a new culinary and information and communications technology spaces, as well as improvements to the electrical and plumbing trades lab and the cosmetology and barbering programs. These updates will focus on creating functional, flexible and supportive learning environments that align with SoCal ROC’s hands-on, career-driven curriculum.
