Introducing Seth Bartlett as Senior Associate, Client Leader in Studio W’s Reno Studio. With a strong background in architecture and deep familiarity with the Reno/Tahoe region, Seth brings valuable experience and leadership to Studio W’s growing presence in Northern Nevada.
Seth’s work has primarily focused on the Reno/Tahoe region, with additional project experience in Utah, Arizona and California. His regional expertise provides him with a strong understanding of the unique design considerations of high desert, mountain and Southwest desert environments. Throughout his career, he has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including resorts/hospitality, community services, libraries, public safety facilities, educational environments, commercial spaces and hospitals.
Seth brings a genuine passion for the built environment and the positive impact thoughtful design can have on people and communities. He believes successful architecture begins with collaboration, meaningful relationships and a commitment to creating spaces that improve the human experience.
“To be in charge of, and responsible for, the built environment is an incredible and awesome privilege, and one that I don’t take lightly. Simple, thoughtful design has the power to affect change in the world and to elevate the human condition, encouraging interactions that would otherwise be unlikely and emotions that would otherwise be lost.”
Seth values the partnerships that make successful projects possible, emphasizing the importance of working closely with clients, end users and project contributors throughout the design and construction process. As he explains, “If you are going to embark on something as challenging as construction in this day and age, you should probably partner with people you enjoy working with!”
In his role, Seth will lead the Reno team; develop and grow client relationships; cultivate project opportunities; and contribute to project conceptualization, site analysis and documentation while drawing on his extensive experience in permitting and construction administration.
Please join us in welcoming Seth to the team! We look forward to the leadership, perspective and experience he will bring to our Reno Studio and the projects ahead.
