Sacramento & San Jose, CA—We are delighted to announce the newest additions to our team! Join us in welcoming Kim Nguyen as an Accounting Assistant and Herman Fernandez as a Senior Job Captain in our San Jose Studio, as well as Madeline Noell as a Project Administrator in our Sacramento Office.
Kim brings a wealth of expertise to our accounting department, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Jose State University in 2020. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Accounting, Kim is renowned for her meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient completion of our company-wide accounting objectives.
Herman enjoys the challenges that come with design and practice management. Through his years of design experience, he has found success in working through design challenges and finding creative ways to exceed clients’ expectations, as well as coordinating teams and meeting timelines and budgets. As Senior Job Captain, Herman will be responsible for managing the planning and coordination of Studio W projects. He is looking forward to designing inspiring education spaces with Studio W.
Having a decade of experience in the building industry in Sacramento, Madeline has taken on a variety of roles that have taught her how to see a situation from many different angles as well as earning a vast knowledge of the building and design process. She finds immense value in being a part of a large team, collaborating to bring ambitious projects to fruition and contributing to the positive growth of our communities. In her Project Administrator position, she assists project managers and other team members throughout the course of a project from pre-design to close-out.
