The design-build team of Unger Construction and Studio W Architects have been selected by Consolidated Tribal Health Project to lead the expansion of their Tribal Health Clinic in Mendocino County, California. Consolidated Tribal Health Project is a consortium of eight Tribes and rancherias in the region, operating a comprehensive clinic that currently offers primary care, dental and behavioral health services. With a steadily growing patient population, the organization identified a critical need to expand its facilities to enhance care delivery and better serve the community.
In response to a growing patient population, the organization saw a critical opportunity to expand its clinic and continue improving health outcomes for the community. The proposed project will add 14,100 square feet of new clinical space, along with rooftop space and site improvements. The expansion will support the addition of new dental operatories, behavioral health rooms, group therapy spaces, waiting areas, offices, meeting rooms and storage. Exterior upgrades are also included.
We are excited to collaborate with Consolidated Tribal Health Project and Unger Construction on this meaningful project and to support their mission of providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to the communities they serve.
