Huntington Beach, CA: Agnes L. Smith Elementary School’s new administration and classroom building creates an inviting and secure entry to this Huntington Beach City School District campus. The project provides space for the primary secretary and administrative offices, conferencing and counseling while adding four modern classroom facilities. The winged roof is a signature design element of the new building and full glazing was utilized at the administration lobby, creating a transparent and welcoming design aesthetic for campus staff, students and visitors.
