Surrounded by community members and project partners, Project Designers Anna Finkbeiner and Daine Treff joined the Greenville Rancheria Council and Hilbers in Red Bluff, CA to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Greenville Replacement Clinic.

The event brought together key partners and stakeholders for a series of remarks, including a speech from Anna, followed by the ceremonial turning of soil. Attendees were even joined by a special guest, Smokey Bear, adding a meaningful nod to the region’s resilience and recovery.

The new clinic will be a two-story, pre-manufactured metal building designed to serve as a comprehensive medical office. The facility will include 23 exam rooms, seven treatment rooms, a dental clinic with 20 exam rooms and a dedicated behavioral health and counseling center. Additional features include a pharmacy, laboratories and administrative space to support billing and medical records. A separate modular building will provide space for conference and training rooms, as well as a staff lunchroom.

This project holds particular significance, as the original facility was lost in the 2021 Dixie Fire. The new Greenville Replacement Clinic represents an important step forward in restoring critical healthcare services to the community.
