San Jose & Irvine, CA—We are pleased to welcome Deeksha Phadnis and Karol Gore to the Studio W Architects Team! Deeksha has joined our San Jose Studio as a Project Designer and Karol is a Project Administrator/Office Assistant in the Irvine Studio.
Deeksha has nearly three years of experience in K-12 educational architecture and has been involved with school projects throughout northern California. As a Project Designer, she develops project documents, coordinates drawings with engineers and consults with product vendors and manufacturers. Deeksha is knowledgeable in several design and rendering software packages, allowing her to work seamlessly with the design team members and produce project deliverables.
Karol brings 20+ years of experience in office administration and project coordination. In her role at Studio W Architects, she is responsible for assisting the project managers and other team members in administering documentation and communicating with all parties involved throughout the course of a project, as well as overseeing general office duties. Additionally, she possesses a passion for architecture and a background in design, space planning and construction. Karol is currently seeking an associate degree in architecture from Saddleback College with aspirations to continue on to obtain bachelor and master degrees in the field.
