Construction is now underway for the Lake County Tribal Health Consortium’s Facilities Master Plan Implementation at the Vista Point Shopping Center in Lakeport, California. Demolition efforts began on July 9th, 2025 to clear the site for a new three-story administration building and significant site work to help shape the organization’s first mixed-use healthcare campus.
Phase 1 of the Facilities Master Plan Implementation will include the construction of a new pediatric and women’s health services building, landscaping improvements throughout the site, and the renovation of an existing building to accommodate physical therapy offices. Additionally, the project will feature a pedestrian footbridge over Forbes Creek, providing a direct connection between the existing campus and the new facilities.
This development marks a significant step in Lake County Tribal Health Consortium’s mission to promote positive change in the physical, spiritual, emotional and social health of the communities they serve. The new campus will also include future opportunities for retail and restaurant spaces, creating a true mixed-use environment that supports both healthcare and community vitality.
Studio W Architects is grateful to partner with Lake County Tribal Health Consortium in designing this project and looks forward to sharing continued progress as construction moves forward.
