Capital College & Career Academy to Be Housed at the Old Limn Furniture Facility at Arden Way

Sacramento, CA—Studio W Architects is excited to share that last month the City of Sacramento Planning Commission unanimously voted to approve Capital College and Career Academy (CAPCCA) Charter School’s conditional use permit to occupy the old Limn Furniture facility at 501 Arden Way. We are proud to have served as CAPCCA’s architect in bringing this much needed charter facility to the north Sacramento region and to provide career and job readiness for students in STEAM and AEC pathways. CAPCCA is ready to begin the improvements to revitalize this facility for students and educators!
