The new Paradise Elementary School campus for Paradise Unified School District is taking shape as construction continues on this new campus. Significant progress has been made on the exterior, with the classroom wing receiving waterproofing, the gymnasium walls rising and framing currently underway for the TK/K early education building.
Interior work is also progressing across the campus, including rough-in mechanical systems within the classroom buildings, early education building, administration/multipurpose space and library. Once rough-ins, insulation, drywall and plaster are complete, interior finishes will be installed.
School identity is thoughtfully reinforced throughout the campus with carefully selected school colors chosen by Lisa May, Interior Designer/Senior Job Captain. These finishes include KBM Hogue furniture, Mohawk Flooring, MechoShades, Daltile, Formica and Tarkett sports flooring.
Additional project features include a central courtyard, outdoor stage plaza, learning resource center and outdoor learning areas designed to encourage alternative and flexible learning opportunities for students.
Construction is estimated to be completed by August 2026. Check back soon for another update as this transformative campus moves closer to completion!
