Rocklin, CA: Niche, a Pittsburgh-based research website that ranks U.S. schools and neighborhoods, released the “2019 Best Schools for STEM in the Sacramento Area” and Western Sierra Collegiate Academy, a school that BCA Architects is currently renovating, is listed as #4 on the list (link to full list). The list includes both public and private institutions with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) curriculum. The rankings are based on a variety of factors, including test scores, AP enrollment in math/science courses and student-teacher class size ratio, among others.

BCA Architects is currently making improvements to the Rocklin Academy’s Western Sierra Collegiate Academy (WSCA) campus on Menlo Drive in Rocklin, CA. Planned to open this September, the improvements feature additional classroom and administration space on the ground floor, and the addition of a science lab to the upper floor, all of which to accommodate the school’s growth in STEM learning. BCA is proud to partner with Rocklin Academy to continue their tradition of excellence in the region.
