Eureka, CA—Studio W Architects is excited to begin working with South Bay Union School District on the implementation of their Measure D Bond Program. Passed in November of 2020, the District’s $5 million program will fund much-needed improvements at their campuses in rural Humboldt County. Our work will commence with site investigations and exploring available funding opportunities beyond their bond monies, such as State funding for new construction and modernization eligibility, energy grants, hardship funding and other opportunities. This information will be coalesced to assist in aligning their project needs with available funding and developing timelines for project implementation. The Studio W Team will then start on project design.
