The Lava Ridge Office Park consists of several three-story commercial office buildings in South Placer County. After the sale of the buildings, Studio W was hired to develop new amenities and re-design lobby and common areas to attract new tenants to the office complex. The lobby spaces were re-designed to take on a more modern look with new finishes, stairs and lighting. Exterior improvements include new outdoor gathering areas with shade structures and seating.
