This new building is the final component to be added to the Folsom Pointe Shopping Center located in Folsom, CA. This 8,000 SF building was designed to accommodate two to three in-line restaurant users. The anchor tenant is Mendocino Farms, who did their tenant improvements shortly after the building shell was completed. Studio W Architects is proud to have partnered with the development group, Folsom Devco, LLC & Chase Dev’t, LLC, through the process of project entitlements, construction documentation, construction administration and project close-out.
