Irvine, CA—Congratulations to Klaude Matias for being promoted to Project Designer. Klaude joined Studio W Architects in 2019 as an Architectural Intern and has worked in our Irvine and Sacramento Studios over the past two years while earning his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. Since graduating in May of 2021, Klaude has been promoted to a Project Designer and has joined our Irvine team on a full-time basis.
Klaude’s responsibilities as a Project Designer include developing project drawings and documents with the design team, coordinating with engineers and consulting with vendors, manufacturers and suppliers to specify appropriate products and materials for projects. As an advanced user of technology, he produces architectural renderings and visual presentation materials for several of the company’s projects. This includes piloting our drone and editing the footage, as well as contributing to our social media program.
